At BodhiAI Fund, we believe the most profound shifts in society aren’t predicted by analysts - they’re pioneered by founders. You show us what’s possible. You reveal what the world will look like tomorrow.
That’s why we back builders at the frontier of AI and hardware - founders daring enough to rewire the way people live, work, move, and care for one another. These are not incremental ideas. They’re breakthroughs designed to serve the next billion people across India, Singapore, and beyond.
We bring the best of both worlds: deep operating experience in the U.S. and on-the-ground presence in Asia’s fastest-growing markets. We don’t just invest capital; we help founders scale globally, connect to larger VCs, and access marketing and distribution support at the moments that matter most. Because the future isn’t something we wait for. The future is something we build - together.
We see the future…because you show it to us.

This is how we Invest
-
We invest in pre-seed and Seed stage companies.
-
We invest at the intersection of AI and hardware, backing early-stage founders in India and Singapore and helping them scale into the U.S. market. Our focus: companies building enduring solutions for the next billion people.
-
We typically invest $400K–$600K initial checks at seed, with reserves for follow-on support.
-
No. While we love consumer applications, our focus is broader — we back AI + hardware founders solving real-world problems, whether consumer, enterprise, or industrial. If the product serves the next billion people, we want to talk.
-
Yes. India is one of our primary focus markets. We back AI + hardware founders in India, then help them scale globally through our US and Singapore networks.
-
apital is just the starting point. We bring operating experience from scaling companies in the U.S., Asia, and beyond. Our founders get direct support in go-to-market strategy, recruiting early leadership, marketing & growth playbooks, and introductions to larger VCs when it’s time to raise the next round. We’re hands-on partners, not just investors.
-
We bridge India and Singapore founders into the U.S. market. That means introductions to customers, channel partners, and investors, plus guidance on legal, hiring, and GTM strategy. With decades of experience scaling companies in the U.S., we know what it takes to localize a product and compete globally.
We built this for builders. BodhiAI Fund is one of the few venture firms focused on backing founders at the intersection of AI and hardware - creating generational companies for the next billion people in a world reshaped by demographic change.
Satya Sivunigunta
Founding Partner
Satya Sivunigunta has spent the last 25 years building and scaling companies at the intersection of technology, retail, and digital transformation. Most recently, he led SelectBlinds as CEO while expanding product lines, optimizing supply chain, and preparing the business for exit-level readiness. Before that, he held leadership roles at Nike, Microsoft, JCPenney, and other Fortune 500 retailers - leading global e-commerce, omnichannel, and digital product transformations.
An operator at heart, Satya has now turned his focus to investing in the next generation of builders. In 2024, he launched a pilot $1M fund that delivered a 10x exit, validating the BodhiAI Fund model. Today, through BodhiAI Fund, he invests at the frontier of AI + hardware - backing founders in India and Singapore and bridging them to scale in the U.S.
Beyond venture, Satya and his family run Prema Leathers, a mission-driven consumer brand whose profits support TechKids Foundation and Aytas Association, nonprofits that bring hands-on robotics, 3D printing, and AI learning to kids in the U.S. and India.
Satya was born in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh into a lower middle-class family, a journey that continues to ground his perspective on opportunity, resilience, and building with purpose. Today, he lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife, Carmen, and daughter, Natalia.
